Solo NZ Loyalty Programme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Solo NZ Loyalty Programme ("Solo Points") is open to online customers who make purchases through www.solonz.co.nz, excluding dealers. By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

    • Points are accrued on the total spend excluding shipping fees, discounts, and any other non-qualifying charges.

    • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  2. Redeeming Points

    • Every 200 points earned can be redeemed for a $20 voucher.

    • Vouchers can only be used for future purchases on www.solonz.co.nz.

    • Partial redemptions are not allowed. Points must be redeemed in blocks of 200.

    • Solo points cannot be redeemed on shipping fees.

  3. Point Expiry

    • Solo points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

  4. Restrictions

    • Solo points and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

    • Solo points are non-refundable and will not be reissued if a purchase is returned or refunded.

  5. Programme Changes & Termination

    • Solo NZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate at any time without prior notice.

    • Any changes will be communicated on www.solonz.co.nz or via email.

  6. General

    • Solo NZ reserves the right to cancel a customer’s participation in the Programme if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
