Refund policy
REFUND
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 07 847 3562 as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a full refund less the credit card transaction fee.
If your order has been collected, unfortunately it’s too late to cancel. Please call us once you’ve received your order. We will refund the cost of purchase, less the shipping cost, once we receive the returned product (in undamaged, original packaging with all instruction books/manuals and accessories).
RETURNS
Solo NZ Ltd will exchange or refund products within 14 days provided the product/s are returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;
- is unopened and unused
- in original condition and packaging
- includes all accessories
Please note that goods returned for refund will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Any courier cost is non-refundable. Electrical goods are not returnable (e.g. batteries, coils, spark plugs). Please contact us on (07) 847 3562 in advance of returning items to discuss your concerns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
