Shipping policy
At Solo NZ Ltd we aim to offer the best shipping rates in New Zealand. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and without damage.
How long will it take and what is the cost?
Orders placed before 3:30 PM are usually collected the same day (excluding public holidays, busy periods, or unforeseen delays). We strive to send all orders before 3:30 PM, but those placed after this time will be collected the next business day. For items over 30kg, please allow an additional day (weekends excluded). Rural deliveries may also require extra time.
The delivery times start once the order is collected by our appointed courier. You’ll receive confirmation via email with tracking information almost immediately after your order has been collected from our Hamilton DC.
Your delivery costs can be found in your cart using our shipping calculator.
Please note that if you select Town Courier for a rural address, it will be automatically updated to Rural Courier and you will be charged the difference.

We use both Aramex and Mainfreight to deliver your order.
OPTIONS
Hamilton Store
Our Hamilton store is open to the public and is situated at 19 Glennis Place, Frankton, Hamilton. Please pay us a visit and browse our range.
If you want to collect from us, we will help you load your items into your vehicle (we have a forklift for larger items)
Courier / Door to Door
We use Aramex for smaller items and Mainfreight for larger orders. Please ensure someone is available to help offload larger items.
Rural deliveries - generally these are handed over to your local postie but please understand they will not deliver items over 20kgs.
Depot Delivery
Oversized items will be sent to your nearest Mainfreight depot. They will get in touch by phone when your item has arrived. Depot locations can be found below.
Please note you need to collect your order within 7 days otherwise it will be returned to us.
FAQ’S
How do I track my order?
Our delivery agents all have websites where it’s easy to track your order. Simply enter the tracking number sent to you in the dispatch email.
Where’s my delivery?
If your order is showing as ‘delivered’ but hasn’t turned up, please get in touch with the delivery company directly. You can track the delivery online or call the company using the details in your dispatch email.
It’s damaged
If your order arrives damaged please do not sign for it!
If you do, it means you agree to accept the goods as damaged.
You must notify us of damage within 24 hours of delivery so that we can get it sorted with the delivery company.
Can I change the delivery address I gave you?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Generally, the next day is too late but call us and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to give you an exact time/date of delivery.
