Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time.

While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Product specifications may vary from what is advertised.



All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).

Solo NZ Ltd reserves the right to vary prices from time to time.

The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.

Whilst we try to ensure all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.



By completing the customer application process and purchasing products from this website, an agreement exists between you and Solo NZ Ltd. Each accepted order is a separate agreement. You must complete the customer application process before checkout. You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password, as you are liable if an unauthorised person uses your username and password.



We only accept card (Visa/Mastercard) or bank transfer using secure online Westpac Payment Express facility. We do not accept cheque or cash on delivery.



The customer shall meet the cost of delivery according to Solo NZ’s freight share policy.
Orders will be accepted by Solo NZ Ltd, for delivery in New Zealand only. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box. We ship our goods using Aramex and Mainfreight. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. The timeframe for submission of an enquiry into the goods must be within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for any damaged items, and within fourteen (14) days from the date of dispatch for any items that have not been delivered.

Generally, products are dispatched on the same working day as the order is received but may take up to 7 days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability.

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or similar unexpected events, for which we cannot be held responsible.
We will notify you if your product cannot be dispatched.
Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and confirm your order.


Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options in case you wish to change/cancel your order, as you cannot do it online.



Solo NZ Ltd will exchange or refund products within 14 days provided the product/s are returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;

  • is unused
  • in original condition and packaging
  • includes all accessories

Please note that goods returned for refund will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Any courier cost is non-refundable. Electrical goods are not returnable (e.g., batteries, coils, spark plugs). Please contact us on (07) 847 3562 in advance of returning items to discuss your concerns.
