Covid Update

With Hamilton's move to Alert Level 3.2, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and staff is our top priority. Detailed below are the measures we have put in place during the current restriction levels - please note, these measures will change dependent on which alert level your location is in.

Onsite: Solo NZ is partially open to public. You will be able to come onsite to purchase, pick up or drop off, however you will be asked to remain at the front door. All persons coming on site must wear a mask and scan in through the tracer app.

Online: We will still get your purchase orders out the same day.

*Please note, we’re experiencing delays when shipping to rural addresses. We recommend you select a non-rural address if possible. Feel free to call us on 07 847 3562 to discuss.

Delivery of Signature Required freight: Our nominated courier/freight drivers at PBT and Mainfreight will remain two metres away from people at all times. They will not take signatures. If you are there, they will ask for your full name as proof of delivery. If you are not there at the time of delivery, they will leave you a card, and return your freight to their depot.

Due to the restrictions of movement around the country and with many businesses being closed, as well as delays with ferries, there will unfortunately be delays with delivery of freight (especially with rural delivery).
