Solo New Zealand is now part of the Jacto family, enabling us to offer a wider range of manual and battery-powered sprayers to meet a variety of spraying needs. So who is Jacto? 

Jacto is a Brazilian company with a history dating back to 1948, when founder Shunji Nishimura developed a portable duster for agricultural use. What started as a business focused on helping farmers has grown into an international company providing equipment and technology for agriculture. 

Today, Jacto operates in more than 100 countries with a broad range of agricultural equipment and spraying solutions. Spraying remains an important part of the history, with the company continuing to develop equipment for a variety of applications. 

With decades of experience behind the brand, Jacto adds an established name in spraying equipment to Solo New Zealand family.

Jacto's manual backpack sprayers are a practical option for users who prefer a hand-operated sprayer. The range includes XP12, XP16, XP20 & the HD400 with tank capacities of 12, 16 & 20 litres. 

The XP range, which comes in 3 different tank capacities is a reliable manual backpack sprayer designed for everyday spraying tasks around the home, garden and lifestyle property. This is Jacto's lightest and most ergonomic knapsack sprayer which delivers high performance with less effort and fatigue for the operator. Ideal for both small and large applications. With a durable piston pump, comfortable backpack design and adjustable nozzle, it provides accurate and efficient application for weed control, fertilisers and general spraying.

The HD400 backpack sprayer is ideal for everyday work. Being resistant and versatile, can be configured either left or right hand side pumping and compression chamber volume of 900ml creating much more efficiency for your routine. This sprayer comes with a 16 litre capacity tank, is produced with high quality materials and UV resistant tank for a longer life cycle.

The sprayer is also equipped with special FKM seals that are 5 times more resistant compared to conventional Viton seals. The high quality, rechargeable, li-ion battery provides a long-lasting dual voltage power source and eliminates pumping effort, bringing more agility to daily work and reducing operator fatigue.

The Jacto SB-16U was developed to meet the request of pest control professionals who need FKM seals for greater resistance of chemical attack associated with pest-control chemicals. With no need for pumping, the SB-16U can not only allow the operator to work in tight spots, but also delivers complete spray consistency.

Electronic panel with micro pressure regulation and battery level indicator, developed with a rechargeable li-ion battery that is easy to remove, our FKM seals are 5 times more chemical resistant compared to conventional Viton seals, a hose made of special PVC for greater chemical resistance and the trigger is equipped with a safety lock, brass needle and removable handle that has double-duty as a wrench used for trigger-valve maintenance.

Motorised Backpack Sprayer:

The new Jacto PJM-25 Motorised Sprayer is designed for users who need power, efficiency and performance in demanding spraying applications. Featuring a 25-litre tank, working pressure of up to 360 psi, and a maximum flow rate of 10 L/min, it delivers excellent spray coverage and productivity. Powered by a reliable Honda GX35 35cc 4-stroke engine, it combines dependable performance with fuel efficiency. Two technical nozzles provide effective spraying, while the motorised design offers greater agility and ease of use.

Designed with operator comfort in mind, the PJM-25 features a padded back support and deluxe harness. The three-point support system distributes the tank's weight across the shoulders, chest and lower back, improving balance and comfort during long, demanding workdays.

Hand Spreader:

Spreading made easy with the Jacto GM-3 spreader which has a manual override through the side hand crank, allowing the operator to control the speed of distribution and range of up to 12 feet, depending on the type of the granule. 

The adjustable rate control system of the Jacto GM-3 has 5  options. The rate control can adjust the volume of granules that will be dispersed in the field. Suitable for spreading seeds, fertiliser, gritting salt, cleaning agents, bird seed, stock feed, sand etc.
